Appointments and Office Procedures
Patients are seen by appointment. We appreciate promptness in keeping appointments and we do our best to minimize waiting. Please notify the office at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance if you must cancel or reschedule appointments.
Our office is open Monday through Saturday with evening appointments available. During non-office hours, including weekends our phones are handled by an answering service. In an emergency the call will be forwarded to the doctor on call. Emergencies are welcomed and will be worked into a doctor’s schedule as soon as possible.
Upon arriving please advise the receptionist of any changes in your health, address, phone number, marital status, employment, insurance coverage or medicine changes.
Fees and Insurance
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and personal checks. We work with most insurance plans. If a payment plan is needed, our financial coordinator has several options available to help meet your needs. We know that insurance policies can be complicated and confusing. We will be happy to work with you, but it is your responsibility to understand your benefits, provide us with forms or cards and to pay the deductible co-insurance amounts and any other balances not paid by your insurances.
